By downloading, installing, or playing HoopRush ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HoopRush Games.

2. Game Description

HoopRush is a mobile puzzle game featuring two game modes:

• Puzzle Mode: Sort colored rings on rods within move limits
• Ring Rush Mode: Catch falling rings and organize them in real-time

The Game is provided for entertainment purposes and is intended for players of all ages.

3. Account and Player Conduct

3.1 Account Creation

• The Game automatically creates a player profile linked to your device
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• One account per player is permitted

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or mods
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its servers
• Disrupt or interfere with other players' gaming experience
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person
• Manipulate or abuse the reward system

4. In-Game Purchases

4.1 Virtual Currency and Items

• The Game offers virtual currency (Coins) and items for purchase
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

4.2 Premium Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions offer additional benefits (ad removal, daily rewards, etc.)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be done through your app store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Intellectual Property

• All Game content, including graphics, sounds, text, and code, is our property or licensed to us
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal entertainment
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Game content without permission
• User-generated content (like usernames) grants us a license to use within the Game

• The Game displays third-party advertisements
• We are not responsible for third-party advertiser content
• Watching reward videos is optional and provides in-game benefits
• Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience (except optional reward videos)

7. Updates and Modifications

• Adjust virtual item prices or game balance
